City Park
Jambone from Q4T has identified a flower in New Orleans City Park (in the Storyland area) which closely matches the flower in Image 7 on the left side of the clock.
Armstrong Park
The mask looks like Louis Armstrongs face in his statue in Armstrong Park in New Orleans. The statue existed in the late 70's according to the caretaker at 877 520 0677.
Place de France Statue
The hand holding the mask pole, looks like the hand holding the flag pole on the Place de France statue.
Preservation
The word "preservation" on the clock hints at Preservation Hall (726 Saint Peter St, New Orleans, LA
